The Retail Dispensary Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the dispensary in accordance with the State of Ohio and standards set by Company and responsible for the overall profitability of the dispensary. The Dispensary Manager provides support to all Cashiers, Dispensary Agents and Patient/Customer Coordinators which includes: scheduling, training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping updated with industry news and product information. The Dispensary Manager is responsible for ordering and receiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries, maintaining agent and facility compliance and cleanliness.
Job Duties:
Responsible for managing dispensary staff, schedules, inventory and patient relations.
Manage and assist with staff recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Serves as a role model and resource for dispensary staff. Maintains dispensary staff job results by training, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Responsible for delegating tasks to Cashiers, Dispensary agents and patients.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling
expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Identifies current and future patient requirements by establishing rapport with
potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand service
requirements.
Responds to all patient complaints, request, concerns, suggestions and takes
action when necessary to resolve conflicts.
Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities including daily cash
reconciliations, patient records, deliveries and return in accordance with the State
of Ohio and standards set by the company.
Maintain Inventory control system and perform daily counts of all marijuana
products in the facility.
Ensures availability of merchandise and services by negotiating and approving
contracts / wholesale purchases; maintaining inventories.

Skills/Qualifications:
Two years of experience in a retail position with managerial responsibilities. Thorough understanding of State and local medical marijuana laws and how they apply to the operations of the Company. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Effective time management and ability to multitask. Ability to work in a fast‐paced changing and challenging environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Must not have been convicted of any felony offenses pursuant in Ohio regulations
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
