We're hiring for the following Full-Time position:

  • Cannabis Consultant

Skills and Requirements (Cannabis Consultants and Front Desk Personnel)

  • Cannabis industry experience is not a requirement
  • 2 years past experience in hospitality front desk, reception and/or customer service
  • Must be 21 or over
  • Must submit to a criminal background check (we pay for it)
  • Must have a valid California ID
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have a valid CA medical recommendation
  • Must be willing to work long days and weekends with a flexible work schedule
  • Ability to lift bins of inventory, bend and stand for extended periods of time
  • Retail positions require previous experience with point of sale systems
  • Must be computer friendly--Microsoft Word/Excel experience a big plus
  • Strong communication skills

Experience Requirements

- 1+ years customer service experience

- HS diploma, GED or equivalent

- Must be 21+ years old and pass a criminal background check

- Experience working in the medical cannabis and/or health industry highly desirable

- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols

- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations

- Exceptional conflict resolution skills and the ability to de-escalate situations

- Outstanding customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment a must!

- Basic computer operating and math skills
