The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing, the successful incumbent will be required to accomplish the following (but not limited to) directives:
To build and maintain a high-performance sales organization to effectively achieve technical sales objectives across all regions in the country. Build and execute a working sales strategy and monitor and mentor a team of 10 across Canada. Involvement in setting competitive pricing, responding to requests for quotes and prices and working with product suppliers in establishing market demand, pricing and staff knowledge. The incumbent will be both business and customer oriented, having the drive and ability to generate sales. Although experience in the sales industry is a must, the individual must be able to train and motivate others to sell at optimum levels.
