Job Summary

Kush Bottles is seeking a Regional Sales Director to join our team in Colorado. This individual will be based in our Denver facility and responsible for managing our Key Account Managers, Account Managers and Sales Support Specialists in the Colorado and New Mexico regions.

VP of Sales

Provides Direction to:

Key Account Managers, Account Managers and Sales Support Specialists

Examples of Essential Functions:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Train, manage and develop the Key Account Managers (KAMs), Account Managers (AMs) and Sales Support Specialists (SSSs) within the Regions
  • Identify, meet and foster relationships with key territory accounts
  • Identify the key metrics that indicate the most productive activities of the TSM's and SSS's
  • Ensure KAM's/AM's/SSS's are inputting and updating customer data in CRM system
  • Ensure KAM's/AM's are meeting and/or exceeding territory sales quotas

Qualifications Guidelines


Education/training/experience:

  • 5-10 years of progressive sales management experience
  • Exceptional training and mentoring skills
  • Experience managing high quota salespeople
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience utilizing metrics to identify KPI's for sales organizations
  • Professional demeanor
  • Strong management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in Excel / Word / Outlook / PowerPoint
  • Advanced experience with a CRM desired
  • Bachelor's Degree desired

Physical Standards:

  • This position requires frequently sitting, standing, reaching, walking, and operating a computer workstation
  • Must have finger dexterity, ability to use keyboard/ten key
  • Able to participate in the environments standing, moving onsite at events and tradeshows
  • This position requires frequently sitting, standing, reaching, walking, and handling/grasping of materials.
  • Constantly sitting, standing, walking, and operating a computer workstation.
  • This position may rarely require kneeling, bending, squatting.
  • Reach, stoop and lift office files, records or reports, typically weighing 20 pounds or less.
