Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Provide operational leadership to multiple dispensaries, with strong understanding of the market and patient needs.
  • P&L and budget responsibility for each dispensary.
  • Liaising with supervisor to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
  • Overall responsibility of each dispensary build out and timelines.
  • Hire all store/dispensary employees.
  • All employee training and development at the dispensary.
  • Ensure that the dispensaries operate with legal and conformity to all established state and local regulations.
  • Ensure all licenses and property leases are up to date.
  • Monitor the day to day operations of each dispensary.
  • Ensure proper store inventory and product showing.
  • Cross functionally collaborates with Marketing and R&D on new products and packaging based on patient and market feedback.
  • Direct supervision of each store manager.
  • Evaluate overall employee performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics. Yearly performance reviews of all dispensary employees.
  • Develop and regularly evaluate the efficiency of the dispensary SOP’s.
  • Oversee customer support process and organize them to enhance world class customer satisfaction.


Minimum requirements include the following:

  • Minimum 3 years’ project management experience
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Process all correspondences with adherence to the Department of Health and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines where applicable; complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical and compliant business practices.
  • Candidates seeking employment should be prepared to successfully complete a pre-employment background check level 2 prior to beginning employment.

  • Strong negotiating skills and ability to manage multiple vendor relationships
  • Experience working effectively with construction crews/general contractors.
  • Self-starter with an excellent work ethic and time management skills.
  • Superior interpersonal skills including excellent oral and written communication.
  • Professional and winning attitude.
  • 3-Month Performance Checkpoint (SMART goals)
  • Oversee successful build out and opening of dispensaries
  • Manage training of dispensary staff
