Job Summary:
Established Denver-based Marijuana operation seeks a Regional Manager to direct Retail Operations through a team of functional managers and frontline leads.The position is responsible for managing and directing retail operations, retail inventory management, and driving sales at the stores.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive retail strategy and development of stores
- Oversee retail end of METRC and POS operation, compliance and inventory management
- Manage all retail inventory in stores, backstock and safes
- Ensure inventory, packaging, labeling and movements are managed, recorded and in compliance with regulations and company policy
- Drive top line revenue and profitability, customer acquisition, advertising/promotions, and field execution
- Lead customer outreach efforts, keep current with daily social media and reviews
- Prepare/Produce reports and analyze sales, inventory, profitability, and other KPI’s
- Manage financial budgets and measurement, business/financial planning
- Ensure that excellent customer service is provided in a consistent manner at each dispensary
- Ensure effective coordination among Inventory Manager, Logistics and retail operations
- Assist with maintaining, and provide oversight on retail staffing schedules
- Build an effective team, train employees, support and encourage them
- Provide leadership and management to a team of Store Managers and lead associates
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing in a fast-paced retail environment
- 3+ years of experience managing in retail cannabis
- Experience managing multiple retail locations with inventory responsibility
- Thorough knowledge of MED rules and requirements
- Proficient in POS and METRC operations and reporting
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
- College degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Current MED Key Badge
- Able to pass a background investigation
