Position Summary
This is a support position which exists primarily to recruit, screen, interview and conduct the candidate selection process for Cura LLC.

Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for sourcing, interviewing and referring candidates for all positions throughout the company. This position must possess considerable skill interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of Cura’s selection process, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruits potential employees via candidate sourcing, recruiting websites, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, job fairs and other sources. May travel to community and college career fairs.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers and HR team to determine the required skills and experience for open positions.
  • Contacts candidates and confirms interview schedules, including travel arrangements as needed.
  • Writes job offers and Employee Agreements
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedure within the HR field and recruiting.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May involve problem-solving and decision making.
  • Must have an OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit in order to be eligible for employment with Cura.

Job Qualifications:
This individual must have demonstrated skills of professionalism, and be approachable by all employee teams. Responsible for the help of clerical responsibilities, communicate effectively and demonstrate a high degree of organizational and follow-up skills. Good problem solving and independent thinking is necessary. Must exhibit a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.

  • One to three years of relevant HR and Recruiting experience.
  • AA Degree preferred
