The largest Cannabis Oil Company on the west coast is looking for a passionate and professional individual to fill the role of Receptionist. We need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. If you'd like to be a part of cannabis history, we have the job for you. We are looking for a dynamic person to join our company as the Receptionist at our Northern California headquarters.

The successful candidate will have four primary deliverables:

  • Provide a stellar customer service experience to every visitor and employee.
  • Be passionate about the Cannabis industry and Cura’s “Everything is Possible” culture. That is at the heart of who we are, and every team member must feel the same sense of ownership, innovation, and hustle as we shape the industry across the U.S and around the world.
  • Support the HR and Operations departments with all activities as they arise.
  • Obsess over improving and simplifying things – processes, tools, communication, and measures.

The primary purpose of the Cura CA Receptionist is to support multiple departments of Cura and manage all in-person and phone traffic to our headquarters. This individual must be able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to change priorities and tasks as needed. We have a very fast- paced environment as we continue to grow and expand. Must be motivated, trustworthy, have strong administrative skills, and be a team player. Must be flexible and happy to adapt to rapid change.

Responsibilities

  • Representing Cura in a professional and educated manner
  • Driving may be required
  • Researching and reporting information to management
  • Providing excellent customer service over the phone and in person
  • Helping maintain positive relationships between departments and employees
  • Assisting in resolving any administrative problems
  • Organizing and maintaining company records and schedules
  • Managing petty cash
  • Opening and closing duties
  • Managing office inventory and supply ordering
  • Making coffee
  • Stocking supplies
  • Dispense paychecks and expense reimbursements
  • Take and relay messages
  • Ensure that all visitors check in properly
  • Create signs, flyers, and announcement emails
  • Run errands as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of receptionist administrative support experience
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Calendar
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Skills in record keeping
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Friendly, customer-service focused
  • MUST BE OVER 21 YEARS OLD
