Job Description:

Summary
Operates multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel and intake of customers and/or patients by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls and/or messages to appropriate personnel or department.

Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information including cannabis.

Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.

Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required.
Daily compliance with MME policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.
Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles.

Receives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains and routes publications

Working knowledge of medical and retail marijuana.

Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a knowledge of basic computer skills.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must possess a Nevada Dispensary agent work card and be 21 years of age or older.
