Seed & Smith is a local cannabis company in search of amazing Budtenders. These positions will work in NW Denver.

Overview: Our medical and recreational marijuana dispensary islooking for aBudtender. These people aremotivated professionalswho arepassionate about working in the cannabis industryand someone that can make sure the customer experience always exceeds expectations.

The Budtender/reception position reports to the Assistant Manager as is the face of our company.

Job Duties Include:

• Providing excellent customer service every day.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, professional, and compliant work environment.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on ALL products sold.
• Ringing up products and finalizing transactions compliantly.
• Becoming an expert on our grow and production facilities.
• Being a tour guide to customers and patients. Guiding individuals/groups around facility while providing expert information to all attendees.
• Opening and closing. Counting drawers
• Assisting in managing inventory levels.
• Fulfillment of online and call-ahead orders.
• Daily intakeand merchandisingof new inventory.
• Driving store-level sales.
• Ensuring customer feedback and concerns are communicated to GM.
• Participation in upkeep of Seed & Smith social media accounts.
• Answering the phone.
• Checking ID's and ensuring identification is VALID.
• Signing up new MED patients.
• Interface with vendors, security staff, growers, and Compliance Director.
• Work with marketing team to increase sales and number of patients and recreational customers.
• Follow company policies for security, compliance, inventory tracking, HR, etc.
• Must maintain current knowledge of all state and local laws and regulations for cannabis sales.
• Other jobs as needed

Able to lift 20 lbs

Position requirements:

⦁Must be 21 years of age or older.

⦁Must possess a valid CO state badge from the MED.

⦁Experience in recreational and medical cannabis industry is a plus.

⦁Must be willing to work varied hours: evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

⦁Assistant Managers are required to have experience with METRC.

⦁Having experience with BioTrack is a plus.

Position pays $13per hour + tipsand employee discounts.
