Position: Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
Reports To: Applications Manager
Job Overview
Have a Heart is a rapidly growing cannabis retailer headquartered in Seattle, Washington. The applications team is responsible for driving the growth of the business, and we require an experienced and motivated Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. The Real Estate Transaction Coordinator will ensure that our real estate team stays organized, and work to prevent bottlenecks in the real estate process which could cause the team to miss application deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker and self-starter comfortable in start-up environments as there is great potential for upward mobility within a growing company.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Build, implement and manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management and back office support
- Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
- Create, maintain and utilize a complete lead follow-up system
- Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
- Make sure that all signatures and initials required are present on the contract and addenda.
- Submit all necessary documentation for file compliance.
- Follow up with the escrow or title company on closing day.
- Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.
- Minimum of three years experience in real estate transactions.
Qualifications
- Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly
- Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
- Deadline driven and extremely organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- College degree preferred but exceptional candidates will still be considered.
- Cannabis and retail experience highly desirable.

Salary: $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
