Your New Role:
We’re seeking someone with plenty of experience in real estate, land use, or regulatory compliance to join the team at this national, full-service law firm. If you’re independently motivated and have a desire to learn an evolving industry and improve on your existing knowledge and skills, we want you! As a Real Estate, Land Use, and Compliance Attorney, you’ll be responsible for assisting cannabis business clients in acquiring property, negotiating leases, obtaining land use and OLCC licensing approvals, and maintaining regulatory compliance. You should be highly-organized and possess strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to complement your knowledge of Oregon’s cannabis industry. If you can work in a fast-paced environment while managing your time and priorities, it will strengthen your case for becoming a new addition to this team.
