The Project Manager will create plans that achieve the goals and objectives of the project and align with the organization’s overall business strategy. A key responsibility will be defining the project’s scope and determining what resources are available, estimating time and financial commitment, as well as how to monitor and report on the project’s progress.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the timely execution of White Label Projects
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure each step in the process is proceeding according to defined timelines
- Identify and anticipate downstream impacts
- Oversee the intake of each white label project including: products, locations, hardware, packaging, compliance and financials
- Document clear and actionable recaps/next steps coming out of clients meetings or reviews
- Manage expectations and work with the appropriate internal teams to communicate updates or any necessary changes in timelines
- Collaborate and define project timeline, including roles and responsibilities
- Develop plans to achieve white label goals given the contract agreement
- Track, monitor and adjust plans as necessary
- Ensure white label communication plans are executed (White label tracker)
- Manages staff by orienting and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
- Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching employees; initiating, coordinating and implementing systems, policies and procedures.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in relevant discipline and/or 4 years’ experience as PM
- 4 years supervisory experience
- Clear understanding of customer service concepts and techniques
- Experience with financial planning and analysis
- Human resource policies and procedures?
- Knowledge and understanding of applicable laws and regulations
- Ability to think strategically and align white label objectives with business goals
- Ability to plan, prioritize and execute detailed instructions in a timely and efficient manner
- Highly organized capable of independent decision making with minimal supervision
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively lead and coach others in a fast paced, changing environment
- Must possess the ability to use technology (ERP Systems) applicable to role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and follow through
- Cannabis knowledge a bonus but not required
COMPENSATION
Compensation depends on experience. Full-time Cura employees are eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision benefits after 60 days of employment.
