Project Coordinator (White Label)

The White Label Project Coordinator will ensure timely execution of White Label Projects. Successful candidate will coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure each step in the process is proceeding according to defined timelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and anticipate downstream impacts
• Plan, prioritize, and execute white label communication plans (White label tracker) in a timely and efficient manner
• Proactively communicate challenges
• Maintain excellent relations with external vendor partners

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in relevant discipline and/or 1 years’ experience
• Knowledge and understanding of applicable laws and regulations
• Highly organized capable of independent decision making with minimal supervision
• Action oriented, analyze and resolve complex problems
• actively seeks information to improve processes and find solutions to business questions and issues.
• Flexible and adaptable to change with the ability to overcome ambiguity to achieve exceptional and timely results.
• Must possess the ability to use technology (ERP system) applicable to role, and to access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and follow through
• Cannabis knowledge a bonus but not required

COMPENSATION

Compensation depends on experience. Full-time Cura employees are eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision benefits after 60 days of employment.
