1. As the point of contact for assigned projects performs a variety of highly skilled duties such as assembling, coordinating and managing multidisciplinary review teams.
2. Facilitates and troubleshoots the myriad of problems associated with developing operational cannabis facilities (e.g., cultivation, extraction, dispensing) or with coordinating design and development activities.
3. Provides highly skilled technical and management advice and assistance to department management and personnel.
4. Responds to inquiries about projects.
5. Chairs various project review and pre-submittal meetings.
6. Establishes and maintains liaison as required with boards, committees, and commissions.
7. Assists in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
8. Builds and coordinates schedules of staff and other interested parties.
9. Effectively manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk and the trade space among them
10. Primary customer interface for assigned projects.
11. Ensure delivery of commitments to customers, track action items, and communicate status regularly internally to the company and externally to customers.

Environment:
This job generally operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at job sites.

Expected Hours of Work: This position is a full-time minimum of 40 hours per week. Standard Monday to Friday office hours are observed but may require evenings and weekends.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some projects may require more out-of-the-area and overnight travel.
