The Program Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the strategic plant supply plans for MedMen’s cultivations operations in alignment with the company's internal product demand planning. This position will create plant propagation orders, allocate plants inventory, ensure cultivar mix based on strategic and projected demands, maintain plant traceability throughout the cultivation and extraction processes, ensure compliance with all internal and external testing and regulations, execute clean stock program policies and processes and support breeding and applied research teams with their plant propagation requests for experimental needs.

Responsible for plant supply planning in alignment with MedMen’s internal product demand planning
Understands crop stages, life cycles and facility usage patterns to effectively plan for propagation inventories and plant allocations based on cultivar mix
Supports MedMen’s breeding and applied research needs for plant propagation and inventory management
Implements a easy to use plant traceability schema, barcoded labelling as necessary, and maintain state regulatory and labelling requirements
Ensures effective implementation of the clean stock program policies and procedures in mother stocks maintenance and throughout propagation and cultivation operations
Facilitates sample collections for clean stock diagnostic testing
Ensures trueness to type informations and other plant inspections are properly recorded and made available as required
Leads cross-functional teams as needed to continually improve inventory planning and allocation processes
Supervises Program Analysts in effectively executing program requirements
Works collaboratively with all Agronomy team members, including occasional visits to cultivation locations

Required Education and Experience
Must be at least 21 years of age
Master’s degree in Management or related degree, or equivalent experience
Experience in production agriculture
Leadership skills building teams in a highly collaborative environment
Strong process management skills
Skilled in working with technical experts
Training/experience in supply planning and program management
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
