Summary/Objective
As a Program Analyst you are responsible for executing all aspects of Cannabis supply plans for cultivation at MedMen. Key responsibilities include managing detailed inventory of plants in propagation and in cultivation facilities based on stages and cycles, tracking all inventories from tissue culture and traditional propagation efforts, ensuring all required internal and external compliance and testing are met, supporting breeding and applied research program’s request for propagation needs and working collaboratively with cultivation and extractions teams.

Analyzes inventory needs and requirements based on strategic supply plans and projected demands
Ordering plants for propagation, managing the creation, allocation, transfer within facilities and disposal of plant inventories according to State and MedMen’s policies
Ensuring the supply of appropriate labelling, tagging, scanning and tracking needs of plant inventories
Supplying devices, technologies and training needs for other employees to carry out accurate and detailed inventory tracking as appropriate
Making sure information generated from all data collection activities on plant movements are appropriately recorded in the internal database systems
Working collaboratively with breeding and applied research staff to manage their requests for plant propagation, inventory allocation and tracking
Responsible for implementing the clean stock program policies as new inventories are created and ensuring that the mother stocks are maintained in accordance with the program’s principles and procedures
Facilitates sample collections for clean stock diagnostic testing

Required Education and Experience
Must be at least 21 years of age
Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, or related degree, or equivalent experience
Experience in production agriculture
Leadership skills building teams in a highly collaborative environment
Strong process management skills

Training/experience in supply planning and program management
Skilled in use of Excel and Database systems
