Account Sales Representatives will be responsible for achieving sales and providing outstanding service in their territories.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential sales outlets.
- Service existing accounts by obtaining orders, expanding product penetration, maintaining records, resolving customer issues, preparing reports; and making recommendations to management.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily updates in Sales force, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Recommend new products, service, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending industry seminars; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Dependable transportation
- Provide own computer, phone and any other necessary tools to perform work
- Willingness and ability to travel across Washington State
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing any sales related job tasks as assigned.
- Represent the company professionally and with integrity in appearance, attitude and actions at all times
- Work in cooperation with team and management to support the success of the company

Compensation:
Initial draw against commission plus generous bonus plan.
