Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver

We have an immediate need for a warehouse associate/driver based at our Santa Rosa operations who will have their time split supporting picking and packing orders, and delivering products in our distribution network in Northern California. This includes short hauls and long hauls. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform receiving operations of retail ready goods
- Pick and pack orders, stage for pick-up, load/un-load delivery/receiving vans
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and small projects in support of operations
- Check schedule for products pending delivery or pickup
- Enter data on delivery and pickup log
- Prioritize deliveries and route with Warehouse Manager
- Check vehicle brakes/controls/fuel content/lights/turn signals, etc. on company vehicle daily before starting out
- Load products into company delivery vehicle
- Deliver or pick up products at supplier site or dispensary
- Take care of products during transit to ensure zero damage and to remain compliant
- Get required paperwork signed off
- Unload returned products at the warehouse
- Ensure that vehicle is empty and secure when done
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Customer service oriented
- Good listening and verbal communication skills
- Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be an adept driver and always abide by all traffic rules
- Problem solving ability
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Professional appearance
- Time management skills
- Good attendance
- Positive attitude
- Able to work independently and/or in perfect coordination with co-workers
Education and Experience
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- 1+ years of experience in cannabis operations, with delivery in particular

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
