Production Team Member - Full-time

Position Title: Production Team Member

Brief Description This job entails rolling and packaging Bubble Joints and Bubble Blunts, trimming, and helping with harvesting. This job is for full-time, five days a week; see "Production Team Member - Part-time" post if seeking part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend and follow directions from the production manager.
• Expertly roll Bubble Joints and Bubble Blunts.
• Take precise weights and measurements.
• Quality control Bubble Joints, Blunts and Bubble Hash.
• De-stem and trim flower.
• Keep a clean and organized work station.
• Take direction with professionalism and contribute to a positive company culture.

Requirements

• Must be over 21 with an MED occupational badge (support or key).
• Retail marijuana work experience is ideal but not necessary.
• Be able to perform detailed work with your hands all day in a team setting.
• Be able to lift upwards of 30 lbs.
• Great attention to detail.
• Must be self-motivated and have a good work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Must be punctual and attend all scheduled shifts.
• Must have good communication skills

Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with others, gets along easily with co-workers, picks up on tasks quickly, and is not afraid to speak up and ask questions when they are unsure about something.

Compensation: This is an hourly position with starting compensation of $12.50/hr. to be paid on a semimonthly basis (pay periods end the 5th and the 20th every month, and payment is issued the 10th and the 24th). There will be a review after three, six and nine months with potential pay increases.
