JOB DESCRIPTION – PRODUCTION SPECIALIST
The trimmer manicures and prepares final product for the dispensary and wholesale operations. Trimmers are responsible for the quality of finished marijuana that bears the OutCo name. Trimmers play a key role in the overall success of OutCo. Trimmers are hourly employees working either full or part time and report to the Processing Manager.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently trim and de-stem marijuana without causing damage to product
- Fill and package vape cartridges and other manufactured cannabis products.
- Assist with facilities repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Arrive on time and in clean attire
- Wear Proper Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by OutCo
- Maintain an organized and clean work space
- Suggest ways to improve operations, communicate to management
- Inform supervisor of any safety hazards you observe
- Participate in injury-prevention stretches
- End of day: Ensure work station and instruments are left hygienic and clean
- Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor on Duty
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a background screening
- Must maintain a valid medical marijuana recommendation
- Must sign and adhere to an NDA
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions for up to 8 hours
- Must be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Must be able to climb and descend a ladder safely

Salary: $15.00 /hour
