Temescal Wellness was recently awarded two of the four medical cannabis licenses in New

Hampshire. Temescal Wellness will cultivate cannabis, manufacture numerous cannabis-infused

products, and operate two retail locations to serve qualified New Hampshire patients. We

expect to begin construction in Q3 2015 and to start serving patients in Ql 2016. We are

looking for a Production Team Manager who wants to make a positive contribution to the

health of cannabis patients, and who is looking to accelerate their career.

General Summary

The Production Team Manager position provides leadership for production/cultivation staff by

maintaining the highest level of Temescal Wellness standards. The manager has responsibility

and takes an active role in:

  • Leading and supervising the work of a cultivation team comprised of 2-8 individuals
  • On-going training/mentoring of cultivation team
  • Complying with program regulations as it relates to cultivation operations including use

of seed to sale software

  • Uphold all standards and procedures pertaining to cultivation facility cleanliness
  • Delegate tasks appropriately and effectively

Requirements

  • Manage and direct a team of production associates in a state of the art medical

cannabis cultivation and processing facility.

  • Manage team on various production related tasks including but not limited to, media

preparation, cloning, transplanting, feeding, pruning, trimming and packaging.

  • Ability to multi -task with excellent follow through skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High-energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
  • Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Thorough knowledge of all Temescal Wellness cultivation protocols, policies and

procedures

  • Strong verbal, written communication and organizational skills
  • Skilled in general computer operating systems and applications .
  • Ability to visually examine products for quality and signage/labeling accuracy
  • At least 21 years of age
  • No felony or drug related felony
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Bend and stoop to grasp objects, bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below

shoulders and squat

  • Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds.
  • Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, cutting and fine manipulation
