This full-time role allocates time between production design, in-house design services and marketing department design projects. This role supports two divisions, PBFY Flexible Packaging (Food/Coffee/Tea Packaging) and Green Rush Packaging (Cannabis Packaging). Both brands serve very high demand industries with considerable room for growth.
This position is entry level - it would be best suited for someone who has production design experience and is looking for a company they can grow within.
Job Responsibilities
- Work directly with sales staff to complete in-house and overseas production requests
- Work directly with purchasing department on approving overseas and domestic ran proofs
- Assist marketing department with special requests and graphic based announcements
- Assist with new/changing items production and dieline creation needs
- Assist in managing your personal and artwork general email (i.e. miscellaneous tasks, customer or in-house requests)
- Assist in product photography, editing and clipping for print or digital use
- Maintain departmental organizations procedures per existing specification (i.e. templates, photos, production files, etc.)
- Create mock ups and samples per request
Minimum Requirements
- Adobe Suite Illustrator and Photoshop
- 1+ Year Production Graphic Design Experience (Silk Screen and Hot Stamp)
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive demeanor and ability to adapt to different personality types

Preferred Requirements
- Experience with Rotogravure Printing
- Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce
