Production Coordinator Packaging Department, full-time, Monday to Friday, daily overtime may be required, $17.00/hour DOE, duties/skills as follows:
- Maintains packaging department daily workflow;
- Serve as main contact person between extraction area and packaging
- Sets packaging department processing variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods, implementing cost reductions, developing reporting procedures and systems;
- Completes packaging department plans by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries;
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization packaging department standards;
- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques;
- Provides packaging information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, answering questions and responding to requests;
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures;
- Reviews packaging processes for efficiency, noting areas for improvement and researching alternative machinery, equipment, or modifications;
- Oversee/responsible for packaging of all orders, scheduled for next day delivery;
- Responsible to ensure that all orders are packed properly;
- Quality check of the products;
- Responsible to ensure general inventory and materials (boxes) scheduled for next day delivery;
- Keeping in contact with sales representatives;
- Notifying the manager if there is any low stock product, production of which must be increased;
- Verification of the titles on the orders' boxes;
- Labeling the order boxes;
- Attention to detail;

All employees must successfully complete a criminal record and drug screening check, Live-Scan or FBI Fingerprints requirements, and must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
