Job Summary:

Kush Bottles is looking for a Product Manager to join our team in the gas division. This individual will be based in our Garden Grove facility. The product manager is responsible for product planning, delivery and marketing throughout the product lifecycle.

VP of Kush Energy

No supervisory responsibilities

Examples of Essential Functions:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop a vision and roadmap for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and their own industry insight
  • Develop a forecast for the product based on input from marketing, sales, market analysts and their own experience and manage its delivery
  • Identify the key benefits and value of products. This will be used to create and maintain marketing plans and collateral (including web updates, product training materials and sales training)
  • Set pricing strategy to ensure market competitiveness and overall profitability
  • Evangelize the product internally and externally
  • Ensure product availability through local and third-party distribution
  • Deliver a regular (e.g. monthly) volume, revenue and profit forecast
  • Be the recognized expert in the business on your product, the market, relevant technology and the competition

Qualifications Guidelines

Education/training/experience:

  • 2-5 years of product or sales management experience
  • Advanced experience with a CRM desired
  • Gas experience preferred
  • Extraction experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree desired

Knowledge of:

  • Exceptional training and mentoring skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience utilizing metrics to identify KPI's for sales organizations
  • Professional demeanor
  • Strong management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in Excel / Word / Outlook / PowerPoint
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

Physical Standards:

  • This position requires frequently sitting, standing, reaching, walking, and operating a computer workstation
  • Must have finger dexterity, ability to use keyboard/ten key
  • Able to participate in the environments standing, moving onsite at events and tradeshows
  • This position may rarely require kneeling, bending, squatting
  • Reach, stoop and lift office files, records or reports, typically weighing 20 pounds or less
