Job Summary:


The Product Management Specialist role is intended to support to the Senior Product and Brand Manager and Regional Sales Director in the Northwest region. This individual will be preparing documents for sales and marketing presentations, both print and digital, to send out to our customers. The Product Management Specialist will support the Senior Product and Brand Manager with generating reports, handling basic internal sales questions and requests, coordinating basic operational logistics for products, assisting with product launches, and researching product trends in the Northwest region.

Examples of Essential Functions:


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Understand and prepare product presentations for customers as needed and requested.
  • Send marketing packages out to key clients and be persistent with follow-up on tracking and completion.
  • Assist with creating sell sheets and other tools to support the Sales team.
  • Survey the industry and target specific accounts by utilizing published regulatory databases, trade journals/magazines, and other social media outlets.
  • Work with Operations, Marketing, Project Management and Finance to complete product launch materials and facilitate other sales requests.
  • Utilize cloud ERP system to generate reports for sales presentations and initiatives.
  • Communicate with Sales to learn more about product needs and receive feedback on new and existing products.
  • Light travel as needed to research product trends in the market for future product launches.

Qualifications Guidelines


Education/training/experience:

  • 1-2 years of product management experience, or equivalent
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • History of working successfully in a fast-paced team environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in Excel / Word / Outlook / PowerPoint
  • Experience in Adobe Indesign desired
  • Experience with an ERP or CRM desired
  • College degree a plus

Knowledge of:

  • This role requires copywriting skills
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

Physical Standards:


  • Must have finger dexterity, ability to use keyboard/ten key
  • This position requires frequently sitting, standing, reaching, walking, and handling/grasping of materials.
  • Constantly sitting, standing, walking, and operating a computer workstation.
  • Reach, stoop and lift office files, records or reports, typically weighing 20 pounds or less.
