Norcal Cannabis, one of California’s fastest growing companies, provides management services to a vertically integrated group of medical cannabis cultivation and retail dispensary facilities in the Santa Rosa Bay Area, is seeking highly qualified applicants to apply for the role of Post Cultivation Team (Harvest and Processing).
The Post Cultivation Team is a part of a team that assists with all aspects of preparing cannabis for sale once it is ready to be harvested. From harvest and room breakdown to processing, our teams need to efficiently engage in each step and work together to make sure our product goes to market in an efficient way while maintaining its quality and integrity. Our team is committed to work safety, timeliness, responsiveness to plant needs, professionalism, and integrity. We have high standards of productivity and quality as set forth by our commitment to producing the best possible cannabis we can using the most responsible methods available. Our ideal candidate should demonstrate an understanding and skill for creative problem solving and interpersonal conflict resolution in the workplace, as well as critical thinking relevant to the job. It is preferred that candidates have knowledge of and experience with cannabis processing, cultivation and harvest. That being said long standing work experience in other industries will also be looked at positively.
Requirements
Maintaining a Culture of Safety, Excellence, and Symbiotic Relations: After training, awardees of this position are expected to be intimately familiar with all aspects of our post cultivation plan and philosophy, which includes standard operating procedures, safety measures & protocol, and the establishment of symbiotic relationships with all human and vegetal relations in the workplace.
