Grow Op Farms, the leading I-502 producer by volume of top-shelf cannabis in the state of Washington is hiring Plant Technicians for their Spokane Location.
These are full time positions, with a set schedule and affordable benefits offered within 90 days: medical, dental, vision, life and accident.
Full time schedule consists of 40 hours per week, with the opportunity for overtime to meet business needs.
Compensation starts at $11.50 with opportunity for raise within 6 months.
The Plant Technician position is responsible for the care and cultivation of cannabis plants from vegetative state to harvest. Supports and adheres to Company's Standards of Conduct & Discipline.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
•
Prunes cannabis plants.
•
Perform work on plants, including tucking and manipulation of plants.
•
Sanitizes and cleans grow facility.
•
Applies nutrients and pesticides bi-weekly.
•
Sets up new grow rooms weekly.
•
Harvests cannabis weekly.
Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned
