Lau Ola, LLC is one of Hawaii's eight medical cannabis flicensees located on Big Island. We are seeking dependable, hones and motivated individuals to join our team to support operations in Pepe'ekeo.

Position Starting in September 2018.

The Plant Specialist is responsible for processing harvested cannabis plants, as well as maintaining the equipment and workspace in a clean and orderly manner. The Plant Specialist is required to work with a team, but also must be able to work independently and efficieintly. In addition to processing harvested cannabis plants, the ideal candidate should be able to identify contamination or conditions which may be impacting the quality of finished cannabis products.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 or over (Hawaii State law)
• Valid Hawaii State Driver's License
• 2 Positive Professional references
• Must pass criminal background check, including fingerprinting as required by Hawaii State

Qualifications Include:

• HS Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1-2 years cannabis processing experience preferred
• Organized and able to work in a calm and orderly fashion
• Able to work flexible hours, must be able to work with minimal or no supervision
• Hones, trust worthy and dependable
• Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry

Working Conditions:

Individual must be able to thrive in a fast pacecd, highly stressful business environment. Indoor and outdoor work required, potentially impacted by weather conditions.

Physical Requirements:

Individual must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
