Job Description:

Aywick Incubation Fund CA is a San Francisco-based investment company operating in the medical cannabis industry. We are a team of dynamic business people, driven by the commitment to helping medical cannabis patients and the communities we operate in. Willing to invest in local talent, we are looking for a Pharmacy Manager in the State of North Dakota, for overseeing all aspects of a medical cannabis dispensary operations, including patient services, administration, staff supervision, maximizing profits and managing daily operations.

Experience in the industry, as described in the specific job posting is certainly a must, but a high premium will be placed on professional and character references. The individuals we are looking for need to be emotionally intelligent, self-directed and able to problem solve in high pressure situations. They will represent the company’s commitment to high quality patient care, service and products in their daily interactions with the public.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for managing dispensary staff, schedules, inventory, and patient relations.
  • Serves as a role-model and resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.
  • Responds to all agent questions, concerns, or suggestions and acts when necessary to resolve
  • Responsible for delegating tasks to Patient Associates to maintain a compliant and clean
  • dispensary facility.
  • Coordinates with the executive management to ensure accurate information is communicated to the dispensary staff.
  • Provides superior customer service for vendors and patients.
  • Responds to all patient complaints, requests, concerns, or suggestions and acts when necessary
  • to resolve conflicts.
  • Oversees orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries.
  • Maintains accurate records of all dispensary activities including patient records, sales, deliveries, and returns
  • in accordance with law, regulation, and company policy.
  • Maintains inventory control system and perform daily counts of all marijuana and marijuana products in the facility.
  • Implements and supervises the development of specific dispensary services and new programs.
  • Plans, coordinates and directs all activities related to the compounding, dispensing, delivery, receipt and handling of cannabis and associated products within regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensures patient’s understanding of the cannabis treatment program.
  • Consults with industry professionals and conducts research to ensure all services are in the patient’s best interest and conform to established professional standards/applicable state laws.
  • Adhere to all laws and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy including HIPAA, Preventing Fraud Waste & Abuse and OSHA.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm. degree.
  • 3+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • State registered pharmacist license
  • Strong time management, record keeping, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Possesses valid driver’s license or state ID.
  • Must pass any and all required background checks.
  • Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
  • Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 30 pounds (100 pounds with assistance). This job function may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching.
