Job Description:
As an MMJ Sales Coordinator, you will assist Panaxia in understanding market needs, pricing, and sales promotions.
You will integrate information received from the budtenders, customers and online sources and share this information with the Panaxia managers and your direct supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Possess a strong understanding of Panaxia's products and stay up to date on product features.
- Follow the latest developments in the industry and identify potential competitors to provide: 1. Recommendations for new products lines, 2. A comprehensive survey that includes- product description, regulatory approvals (if exist), and retail price.
- Assist in monitoring active marketing programs (sales promotions, flash events, competitions, vendor days, etc.) and developing ways to improve those campaigns.
- Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance sales
- Work with customers to determine their needs and recommending the appropriate products
- Collaborate with the budtender teams to develop an efficient method to collect feedback about Panaxia's produces from customers on their: experience, effect, response and more
Pharmaceutical Cannabis Seminars support
Job Description:
Support the logistic requirements for educational activities, seminars and other events in the State.
Responsivities:
- Locating venues and create budget per event
- Possess end of event reports
- Promote brand image and awareness and taking care for the presentation of marketing materials.
- Maintaining and evaluating audiovisual equipment
- Coordinate catering services
Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to travel between sites in the State (and between States)
- General understanding of the principles of sales
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of catering practices
- Excellent problem solving and prioritizing skills
