Personal Assistant

• MUST be 21 years or older
• Run daily business errands (making calls, setting appointments, handling emails, etc.)
• Must be highly organized and punctual
• Perform small projects that the CEO assigns
• Work alongside Administrative team to maximize organization
• Must provide own transportation to the Reseda area
• Distribute and track documents and follow up to see that they are delivered properly
