The Puyallup Tribal Cannabis Enterprise (PTCE) oversees administration operations for Commencement Bay Cannabis, an upscale I-502 Licensed Retail Store and Medicine Creek Analytics, a leading I-502 certified marijuana testing lab in Fife, WA. Our goal is to provide customers with the highest quality product, with a knowledgeable and personable team to assist with each individual need.

We’re presently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist who:

Will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for all employees where discretion and accuracy are essential along with an understanding of organization and overall policies and procedures. This position is responsible for providing support to all payroll aspects for the PTOI Lab, PTCE Retail Operations and PTCE Administration.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL: Be at least 21 years of age and HAVE:

  • High School diploma or G.E.D required
  • College degree in business preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of payroll experience
  • Experience with payroll reporting requirements
  • Excellent record keeping skills
  • Proficiency with WhenIWork, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of 401k
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking
  • Extreme attention to detail is required

  • Excellent business communication skills
