PATIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Brightroot is seeking to employ a Patient Service Representative at The Mint Dispensary's new Tempe location.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Patient Service Representative informs and services patients in the selection and purchasing of medical cannabis and related products.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Checks in patients and verifies status on AZDHS system.
- Provides patients with eduction and information about cannabis and alternatives.
- Assists patients with product selection in an efficient and timely manner.
- Processes patient orders and payments utilizing POS software.
- Maintains appropriate stock quantities.
- Operates, maintains, and closes a cash drawer register.
- Assists management staff in the general operation of the facility.
- Presents a clean and safe facility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age; pursuant to A.R.S. §36-2801.10
- Applicant must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-2804.01
- Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check conducted by the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-2804.01 and A.R.S. §36-2801.10
- Valid Arizona Drivers License
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience and education may be substituted for one another.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Demonstrated ability to operate Point of Sale systems.
- General knowledge of use of medicinal cannabis and related products.
- Excellent communication skills.
- General knowledge of cannabis products including product brands and types.
- General knowledge of cannabis product regulations including dispensing procedures and patient transaction limits.
- Excellent skills in basic mathematics.
