Part Time Dispensary Agent / Order Fulfillment

The Part Time Dispensary Agent/Order Fulfillment Agent will provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor. This person will be trained in the ability to tailor expert recommendations to each customer’s specific needs.

Compensation:

$12 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive understanding of products
  
• Responsible for sales and patient experience
  
• Maintains presentable, safe, and sanitary dispensary conditions
  
• Ensures the dispensary floor is properly stocked
  
• Promotes a positive, customer-service oriented work environment in line with established policies and procedures
  
• Responsible for using the seed-to-sale inventory tracking/control system and point-of-sales system
  
• Responsible for cash handling and related activities
  
• Responsible for updating patient records, data entry, and file maintenance
  
• Responsible for verifying proper identification and documentation for patients prior to dispensing medical marijuana
  
• Other duties as assigned by the General Manager, Asst. GM or Shift Manager/Lead
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Retail, Management or a related field is preferred)
  
• Previous food service or retail experience (preferred)
  
• Previous industry experience (preferred)
