Who we’re looking for:

The following is a partial list of responsible duties:

• Analytical/Detail Oriented/SMART Individual
• Identify marketing and branding tactics to build the CPA practice and reach out to new Clients
• Act as a liaison between our Clients and the internal company
• Research and understand local cannabis regulations
• Write, summarize and review various business plans, company formation documents and help with overall compliance and legal related issues

The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics:

• Experienced paralegal with 4+ years of transactional experience in an in-house corporate setting.
• Bachelors Degree or Paralegal certification required.
• Ability to be a proactive self-starter who understands details within a larger context.
• Flexibility and ability to response quickly to shifting demands & priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Advanced communication skills and ability to understand, interpret and convey business, technical, legal and financial information to others.
• Ability to work under time constraints
