Locol Love is an established wholesale cannabis cultivation that is in need of another rock star!

The Inventory/Packaging Associate is a METRC heavy position that involves packaging, tagging, inventory control, inventory allocation, cleaning and organizing work stations, and operating and maintaining equipment. Accuracy of weight, METRC information and invoicing is essential on all shipments. They will also be doing a daily reconciliation of Leaflink inventory to ensure it is up to date.

The individual selected for this position should be team-oriented, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, capable of following detailed directions, while demonstrating forethought and initiative to maintain a positive work environment and willing to assist other team members as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities -

  • Daily weights of all finished packages of flower, trim and small nug
  • Assign package tags to all finished product
  • Take inventory of all packages; organize efficiently and effectively
  • Make inventory allocations for other SKUS
  • Prepare outgoing sales orders using Leaflink and METRC manifesting- training will be needed and outline of process will be provided
  • Prepare outgoing shipments by checking weight and accuracy of manifest and invoice
  • Coordinating with courier and updating Leaflink ship dates
  • Provide support on packaging of all products
  • Handle all testing samples from start to finish
  • Dropping test samples off for production team/schedule pick up with testing facility
  • Take weekly count of supplies and submit order to Operations Manager
  • Provide support to operations team on office needs, supplies, and other operational related tasks
  • Setup and breakdown of production and packaging rooms
  • Responsible for cleaning, organizing, and sanitizing work stations
  • Operating and maintaining production equipment
  • Quality control, packaging, labeling, and storing of finished product
  • Maintain production records for trimmers
  • Ensure all ingredients and supplies are fully stocked, properly labeled, tagged and stored
  • Perform other production duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Experience with the following is required:

  • METRC
  • Leaflink
  • Quickbooks
  • Sampling
  • Packaging

Qualified individual must posses:

  • Current MED key badge
  • Colorado Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation
