Packaging Associate

Reports To: Packaging Supervisor,Post-Harvest Manager, Operations Manager

Collaborates With: Packaging Supervisor,Packaging team members,Dispensary managers/leads, Post-Harvest Manager, Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities: This position as a packaging team member will be responsible to maintain a high level of quality control, attention to detail andfocuson best handling practices.Under the direct supervision from the Packaging Supervisor, your job will center on processing cannabis flower into different usable products, record keeping on both in-house product tracking worksheet and BioTrackTHC to maintain accurate inventory control and State compliances.This individualwill be working in a fast-paced environment with lots of repetitive actions. Your ability to think fast, accurate and act with integrity is of the most importance. Your days will also include keeping your area and department organized, sterilized and stocked with all tools and materials needed to perform your jobefficiently and effectively. This position will require an openness to learn new skills, techniques and encouraged to speak directly with the Packaging Supervisor when more efficient methods or unusable products are found.

Preferred: Experience with extracting rosin

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour
