Packager

The Packager is responsible for preparing flower for sale. This can include weighing and packing flower and making pre-rolls. The Packager is a key role within the dispensary to keep the flow of the store moving quickly. This person needs to prepare for the needs of the shop before they happen.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Packages flower, pre-rolls and prepares any product to be ready for sale
• Maintains quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards and handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Manages with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of The Source
• Maintains a positive attitude that promotes team work
• Answering phone calls and assisting patients by answer any questions they may have

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Ability to focus on repetitive tasks for a long period of time
• Knowledge of medical marijuana and different cannabis products
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
