Outside Sales Representatives are tasked with working closely with customers in addition to Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Dispatch to grow and promote the sale of Finka Distribution brands and products. Outside Sales Representatives are the first line of contact with their new customers and along with Inside Sales, they are responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term business relationships with new and current customers.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain a daily average of 9 or more check-ins per working day (45 per week)
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals as set forth each month
- Establish and maintain good relationships with existing accounts in your region
- Create new relationships with potential accounts in your region
- Manage time, appointments, calling, etc in an effective manner
Other Responsibilities:
- Log all interactions with customers in Salesforce
- Provide superior customer service
- Work cohesively with the entire sales/customer service, and events team to ensure a seamless sales process for our customers
- Strive to reach beyond individual goals and contribute to the overall success of the team
