We are a trend setting cannabis extraction and production company established in 2009. We operate across Colorado and want to increase brand recognition and sales, so we are actively seeking an established B2B cannabis concentrates sales team member. Someone who is successful in the Colorado market, and is a dynamic go-getter. The successful candidate will be able to produce immediate results.
Position
This sales position will create and execute a sustainable, measurable cannabis concentrates sales and marketing strategy. You will work directly with the owners and executive team to build critical relationships across the local cannabis concentrates industry and execute strategies that achieve short and long-term revenue goals. You will initiate and close sales for new or existing customersand manage in-house accounts.
The position offers a base annual salary based on experience and a commission structure, which includes individual incentives. The position is based in Denver. Extensive travel may be required.
Essential Job Functions
Create, implement and successfully execute B2B cannabis concentrates sales and marketing strategies
Meet revenue targets and increase market share
Develop and maintain new relationships and collaborations in the industry
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results
Analyze potential deals, partnerships, and joint ventures
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
Required Skills/Experience
A minimum of 4 years of business development, marketing and sales experience is required, 2 years of which are in the local cannabis concentrates industry
Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills
An ability to effectively understand business strategy and vision
Passion demonstrated by an ever increasing sense of urgency for managing sales to conclusion
