Job Description:

We are a wholesale Production (gummies, chocolate) and Cultivation (flower, pre-rolls) facility. We are searching for our next super star sales person with amazing organizational skills coupled with a fantastic ability to reach out and connect with both current clients and cultivate new relationships. Job Duties:

  • Establishes new accounts by cold calling, drop ins and networking
  • Services existing accounts through relationship building and maintaining consistent communication
  • Plans and organizes a daily work schedule to manage accounts
  • Creates personalized sales presentations through research of the client and understanding their needs
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
  • Negotiates and submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analysis
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
  • Coordinate and manage pop-up events and demos with dispensaries
  • Reports directly to Director of Partnerships & Distribution for CA & NV
  • Responsible for keeping track of invoice due dates and collections
  • Stays up-to-date on current inventory numbers for both Cultivation and Production

Requirements:

  • Must be willing and able to service customers in Nevada and have reliable transportation
  • Must be capable of lifting up to fifty pounds
  • Must be 21 years or older, per industry regulations
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must have computer access and knowledge of Google Suites (docs, sheets)
  • Must be a self-starter with a passion to keep up with product information, customer relations and industry standards
  • Must have good time management skills
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Must have outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Professional demeanor and outgoing personality
  • Experience working with a CRM
