Job Duties:
- Establishes new accounts by cold calling, drop ins and networking
- Services existing accounts through relationship building and maintaining consistent communication
- Plans and organizes a daily work schedule to manage accounts
- Creates personalized sales presentations through research of the client and understanding their needs
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
- Negotiates and submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analysis
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
- Coordinate and manage pop-up events and demos with dispensaries
- Reports directly to Director of Partnerships & Distribution for CA & NV
- Responsible for keeping track of invoice due dates and collections
- Stays up-to-date on current inventory numbers for both Cultivation and Production
Requirements:
- Must be willing and able to service customers in Nevada and have reliable transportation
- Must be capable of lifting up to fifty pounds
- Must be 21 years or older, per industry regulations
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have computer access and knowledge of Google Suites (docs, sheets)
- Must be a self-starter with a passion to keep up with product information, customer relations and industry standards
- Must have good time management skills
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must have outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Professional demeanor and outgoing personality
- Experience working with a CRM
