Next Big Crop is a cannabis consulting firm that specializes in the design, build and management of cultivation facilities, processing laboratories, and dispensaries throughout the country. We are looking for an individual who is passionate, highly goal oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit. The Sales Representative is expected to create, implement and maintain sales strategies in order to increase revenue and market share; she/he will generate leads, qualify prospects, and negotiate contracts. The Sales Representative must be detailed oriented with strong marketing, organizational, time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
Duties and responsibilities
o Create and implement sales strategies that meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
o Increase revenue through the sales of application content development, financial modeling, facility design & equipment selection, and on-site management services
o Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals won from your meetings
o Prospect and identify clients via cold calling and email outreach
o Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM
o Identify and attend conferences, networking events, and speaking engagements
o Use effective written, verbal, and presentation skills to overcome objections
o Create marketing materials (flyers, presentations, etc.) to support your sales efforts
o Manage and create social media marketing (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) campaigns
