Outside sales position
Dakine 420 is a fast growing central Oregon based soil and nutrient manufacturer focused on high yield production targeting the cannabis industry. We provide extensive training and support coupled with a fun work environment and culture.
We are seeking an experienced outside sales professional with a proven track record of driving revenue and growth. Main business targets are large scale cannabis producers and hydroponic retailers.
Key Responsibilities - Develop personal rapport with customers and prospects, Articulate and present our product offerings, Develop and implement field sales action plans including marketing calls, in person presentations, trade shows and digital marketing outreach. Provide weekly written briefs to management on competitive offerings in the marketplace. Maintain sales reporting and tracking in CRM. The ability to travel up to 2 weeks monthly using new company vehicle.
Qualifications/Requirements - Minimum 3 years in new business sales. Proven B2B sales success, measurable track record. Quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect. Ability to build and maintain relationships at operational levels retail and production facilities. Have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 citations within the last 2 years. Provide references related to prior positions.
