Responsibilities:
- Pursue both outside sales initiatives and inside sales support
- Position will consist of approx. 70% of the time on the road, usually within own territory, and 30% home office
- Continuously seek business development opportunities to grow and expand the inbound lead flow
- Recommend systematic, product, and process enhancements as technology and industry changes
- Develop and drive strategy for successful achievement of company forecasts and growth targets including revenue and market penetration.
Requirements - Must show PROVEN skills in all of the following:

Demonstrated success in Sales within a related Agriculture or Cannabis industry as a supplier to the market( This is a non-negotiable requirement – not just personal grow experience.)
- Build & develop new sales territories with massive growth
- Sound sales/closure ability
- Demonstrated success in growing on recreational or commercial level
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills
- Superior time management and reporting skills
- Ability to take the lead and exceed expectations
- Bachelor's Degree and Preferred Field of Study: Business, Finance or Marketing
- 2+ years in a proven successful outside sales position
- Strong ability to define and resolve problems including generating alternative solutions
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
