Summary

The primary function of this role is to assist with receiving, scheduling and fulfilling orders for Airo Vapor and other applicable products. This role will regularly work with Leaflink & Route 4 Me software to fill and track orders, in combination with METRC and BioTrack software programs to maintain compliance, fulfill paperwork and maintain organization for inventory control and tracking. Orders are generally filled on a first-in/first-out basis but will occasionally require alternative solutions for scheduling and processing accurate, on-time deliveries. This role will toggle between working independently and working directly with coworkers within your department and from other departments.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and fill orders for AiroPro through Leaflink software
  • Create and maintain efficient processes and quality control checks for first-in/first-out inventory management
  • Planning, creating, organizing and overseeing the coordination of scheduling pick-up/drop-off locations and timelines with delivery drivers to meet the 7 day turnaround deadline for all orders.
  • Create and execute contingency plans for timely delivery of orders
  • Maintain and file all documentation for delivery (transport manifest, purchase order, bill of sale, invoice, business license, etc.)
  • Communicate via email, phone and face-to-face with internal teammates and external partners to ensure accurate and on-time delivery
  • Assemble ("build") orders accurately for delivery including but not limited to preparing cartridges, pens, samples and POS materials in packaging for transport
  • Understand and apply compliant methodologies for documentation, tracking and delivery
  • Track samples, promotions, backorders, preorders, and delinquent accounts as necessary
  • Conduct daily and weekly inventory audits and troubleshoot solutions
  • Receive, reconcile and deliver payments to accounting as necessary
  • Assist with other MIP departments, as needed

Education & Experience

  • Preferred: Minimum of one year in the cannabis industry
  • Preferred: Experience using the following systems in a professional environment: Office 365, BioTrack and METRC

Total compensation

All employees working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for medical, dental and vision benefits on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. The Farm contributes towards the medical premium for employees who participate in the medical plan and premiums are deducted on a pre-tax basis. The Farm also offers paid time-off for all full-time employees. All employees are eligible for 50% reimbursement on a monthly RTD bus pass after 90 days of employment. Employee discount of 40% on all products. The Farm is a learning organization that provides all employees with internal and external educational courses focused on professional development.
