Job Description: Order Coordinator - Fulfillment

Responsible for fulfilling and shipping all orders for the Logistics Department of Dixie Brands and following all procedures and process necessary to ensure orders and invoices are processed timely and accurately. curately.

Essential Job Functions

  • Accurate order fulfillment and packaging for all Dixie customers.
  • Completion of all tasks and projects within stated timeframes.
  • Identify and resolve issues in order process through vigilant monitoring of the various queues and order states.
  • Manage and escalate orders as required to meet customer commitments.
  • Analyze order information, obtain proper updates from necessary parties, and communicate with necessary parties to ensure order detail and documentation is updated and entered in system appropriately.
  • Troubleshooting unforeseen and varying situations to determine and engage the appropriate resources to meet customer commitments.
  • Compose correspondence using excellent written communication skills
  • Communicate both written and orally with multiple departments including Sales, Customer Service, Management
  • Provide communication to internal and external customers regarding the status of the orders when appropriate.
  • Analyze and perform root cause analysis of the daily invalid and rejected orders to address and resolve issues.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • General knowledge of MS Office software with the ability to learn other databases as required. Knowledge of Sales is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to analyze, review and perform order entry on METRC and LeafLink
  • Ability to handle and effectively prioritize multiple competing demands on a daily basis in a high volume department
  • Ability to function independently as well as actively participate in a team environment
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.

Education And Experience

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
