JOB PURPOSE

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing Cura sales operations and production including filling and packaging. They will also be overseeing all intake of Co2 oil and raw distillate as well as supervising the testing procedures. The Operations Manager will monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue. This individual must be able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to change priorities and tasks as needed. We have a very fast- paced environment as we continue to grow and expand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead an effective and efficient startup of all operations
  • Effectively streamline aspects of warehouse/production operations with my support
  • Identify, lead and develop talent to maximize individuals potential and achieve personal/company goals.
  • Delegate tasks to a group of managers (production, conex, sales ops, warehouse)
  • Communicate to direct report any pressing issues to be corrected or passed along to upper management.
  • Interview and hire production employees (sometimes sales OPS)
  • Develop new systems and processes that improve efficiency while keeping costs low.
  • 1st line of Approval of purchasing for production, central processing, warehouse and sales ops needs.
  • Collaborate with compliance to ensure processes align with OLCC rules and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years experience managing or supervising a warehouse environment
  • Thorough knowledge of all applicable state and local cannabis regulations
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally
  • Comfortable using computer and sales software
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
  • Proficient in Metrc (Seed to Sale Tracking)
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Stress management skills
  • Drive to go the extra mile to make sure the job gets done by the deadline set by leadership
  • Must be motivated, trustworthy, and a team player

Preferred

  • Cannabis Industry Experience
  • Experience with NAV

COMPENSATION

Depending on Experience.
