Operations Manager

We are a fully licensed cannabis retail brand based out of OC/LA that is rapidly expanding. We are looking for an operations manager with an emphasis on finance to join our team. The operations manager will ensure that all operations are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing current and past financial data and performance
• Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.
• Identify new opportunities to reduce costs, improve output, impact business and operations goals
• Establishing and evaluating profit plans
• Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
• Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
• Track vendor pricing, rebates and service levels

Qualifications:

• 0-3+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Previous experience in cannabis is preferred
• High proficiency with financial modelingand techniques
• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
• BA, BS, or B.Com degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Economics)
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
