We strive for excellence by hiring exceptional performers that can contribute to a fun and inspiring work culture.We are currently looking for an Operations Coordinator for our Desert Hot Springs Facilities to join our team.

What you’ll be doing:
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and operations related tasks and should be able to work independently with little to no supervision. You’ll be a highly resourceful team player, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient. The individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, analytical, administrative, presentation, and organizational skills.

As the Operations Coordinator you will:
Be an administrative resource for the Operations Team in Desert Hot Springs which will cover all areas of the operating facility, including but not limited to:

Being an extension of the operations team to handle administrative tasks

Be responsible for maintaining operations documents, SOP’s, KPIs, and incentive plans

Oversee operation and maintenance of office equipment and supplies

Tour Site Visitors and coordinate visits from suppliers, vendors and other visitors

Assist in new hire onboarding , orientation, and administrative HR support

Event planning and coordination

Scheduling, monitoring, and maintaining facility and conference room calendars as needed

Be a liaison between vendors and management

Perform other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:
Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong organizational skills

Excellent verbal, superior writing and report presentation skills are essential

Highly collaborative team player

Ability to handle confidential information is crucial in this role

Demonstrated success where personal results and accountability are evident

Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

Must be able to lift 50lbs

Can work independently with little supervision

Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Preferred, but not required experience with the following apps: video conferencing ( HighFive, Ring Central, etc.), Expensify, Trello, Slack, PC/Android and iOS systems ( Computers, laptops, phones), Gmail/ Outlook
